To support sustainable practices, a small recycling fee may apply to returned items. This fee is waived if you choose a store credit instead of a refund.
Email us at support@zinajewels.co.nz with your order number to request a return.
We will send you a return authorisation with shipping instructions.
Package the item securely and send it back in its original packaging.
Once inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 14 business days.
We offer one complimentary ring resize (up to one full size) within 30 days of purchase. Rings that cannot be resized (such as eternity styles) will need to be exchanged instead.
