All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. We do not negotiate prices.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.
We ship across Canada with trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders over $500 require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
Eligible items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Custom pieces, resized or engraved items, and gift cards are non-returnable. A small recycling fee may apply unless you choose store credit. One complimentary resizing is offered on rings within 30 days. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the return.
If a diamond certificate is provided, it must be returned with your item or a CAD $200 replacement fee will apply.
All content on the Site is owned by Zina Jewels and protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, or distribute Site content without written permission.
By submitting reviews, comments or photos ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and share your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Promotion codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used retroactively. Codes are subject to change, may have limits, and expire as indicated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zina Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
You agree to hold Zina Jewels harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
